How long does my order take to ship?
At Time Line Creations, every item is thoughtfully 3D printed to order. We pride ourselves on crafting each order with precision and care.
Processing Time: Most orders are prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days. However, for specific items like our 3D-printed lotus flower tea lights, please allow up to 1–2 weeks for processing.
Delays: Custom colors, add-ons, or high order volume may extend processing time slightly. If we anticipate a delay, we will always communicate with you.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. As a small business, we are focused on ensuring the highest quality and service domestically as we grow. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
What are your shipping rates?
We use flat-rate shipping based on the size of your item to keep checkout simple and transparent. These rates cover postage, packaging materials, and careful handling.
Small Items: $6.95
Medium Items: $9.95
Large Items: $16.95
Oversized/Custom Orders: These may require additional costs. If this applies, we will contact you after purchase; no additional charges will be applied without your approval.
Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns: You can return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Important Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted based on color preference. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment based on your card issuer's policies.
